Course purpose

Welcome to the assemblyNOW road team. This course covers the compliance and onboarding requirements every road team member must complete before working unsupervised. It exists for two reasons: to keep you safe at work, and to make sure you arrive on every site ready to execute at the highest possible standard.

Each lesson is built around a real assemblyNOW policy. The policies are not background reading — they set the rules you are accountable to on the road, in the warehouse, in Company vehicles, and in front of clients.

Who this course is for

All new assemblyNOW road team members, including installers, drivers and field staff. Existing employees may also be assigned this course when policies are updated or as part of a refresher.

What the course covers

1. Health & Safety Policy — safe systems of work, PPE, manual handling, drugs and alcohol, and how to report injuries, incidents and near misses.
2. Conduct & Uniform Policy — the standards of professional and ethical behaviour expected of you, and the dress and uniform requirements for your role.
3. Vehicle Policy — your obligations when driving, loading and caring for Company vehicles.
4. IT Acceptable Use Policy — how to use Company systems, devices, accounts and data safely and appropriately.
5. AI Policy — which AI tools are approved, what information must never be entered into them, and your responsibility to check AI-generated output.

How each lesson works

1. Open the lesson and read the linked policy in the assemblyNOW knowledge base.
2. Complete the quiz at the end of the lesson. Questions are drawn directly from the policy, so read it properly rather than skimming.
3. A mark of 80% or higher is required to pass each quiz.
4. Feedback is provided at the end of every quiz, including a correction and explanation for anything you answer incorrectly.
5. There is no limit on attempts. If you don’t pass, review the policy and try again.

NOTE: For any lessons that include a video, you will not be able to continue to the quiz until you have viewed the full video. The video content is an important part of the lesson.

Your learning manager can see all quiz attempts and scores.

Completing the course

All five lessons and quizzes must be passed to complete the course. Set aside uninterrupted time for each module — these policies carry real obligations, and you remain accountable to them whether or not you have read them.

If anything in a policy is unclear, ask your manager before you sign off on the module. Asking is always the right call.
