The Little Things - Real Time Driver Tracking

Ok, we’re not going to lie. For us, this isn’t really one of “The Little Things”. It’s a massive thing. It’s the thing that means your life doesn't have to stop just because you have a furniture delivery or installation happening today. It’s a really big deal, and we’re pretty proud of it!

So what is so special, and how does it work? It’s pretty simple, but makes all the difference.

Thanks to RADARO, you can track the driver who is looking after your delivery in real-time via GPS. You’ll receive and SMS with a tracking link when they are on their way to your address so always know in advance how far off they are and when to expect them.

This also means that our office team have instant, up to date information about where our drivers are 24x7 so that we can monitor their progress and let you know well in advance if there is a chance of there being any changes to your proposed delivery time (although this thankfully happens fairly rarely!).

Following your delivery, you can use this very same system to provide a detailed review of your experience and let us know how you felt about your delivery. If there is anything you feel we can do better next time, let us know and we’ll always do our best to do so.
