We all know it’s the little things that can make or break a customer experience. In this series of posts, we’re going to take some time to examine the little things that set assemblyNOW apart to ensure you have a great customer experience every time.


At assemblyNOW, we’re constantly working hard to set ourselves apart from the competition. From ensuring we’re using the latest technology to deliver industry leading updates and systems to make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, through to simply taking the time to listen to our customers and provide the best customer service we can - we’re confident that you’ll come away with a smile after working with our team.

Some of the key areas we have invested our time and effort into to make sure we look after our customers are:

  • Real-time Driver Tracking - we have deployed a brilliant system that allows you to track our drivers in real-time as they complete your job. This means no more waiting around all day for our team to arrive; track them in our system via GPS and just meet them when they arrive - too easy! Find out more here.
  • Dedicated Office Team - don’t waste your time dealing with a distracted driver who is too busy out on the road when you call. We have a dedicated office team on site Mon-Fri to help with any enquiries you may have. The office team are there to provide quotes, make adjustments your booking, help plan and arrange your delivery time and assist with any follow up enquiries you may have. You'll be looked after properly from start to finish.
  • Flexible payment options

    Flexible, Easy Payments - No cash? No worries. Prefer to pay with cash? That’s cool too. Need a tax invoice? Done. Don’t put up with shady drivers who only accept cash in hand and make it your problem to arrange payment. We accept cash, EFTPOS, or Credit Card payments and can even take payments over the phone. We are happy to provide invoices for all our work. Isn't that a refreshing change?

  • Punctual. Reliable. Professional - we know how frustrating it can be to wait around all day for a driver to arrive. So we provide short delivery windows and work hard to make sure we stick to them. We’ll always let you know well in advance if there is any delay or change to your schedule rather than simply arriving late or, even worse, not turning up at all, and our highly professional team on the road will always look after you.
  • Driver Rating and Feedback System - we work incredibly hard to make sure you have a great experience and are genuinely keen to hear your feedback. Our tracking system also offers driver feedback and reviews following your delivery so that you can let us know about your experience. We love hearing the good stuff, but will also take any negative feedback on board and use your suggestions to help improve our service. Pobody is nerfect, but we’ll always do our best, and your feedback is a big part of that!
