We love a good challenge!

We sometimes get requests to help out with particularly challenging deliveries that require a few additional hands and a specialised skill-set.

Last week we had to help out a customer in Melbourne whose new king-size mattress and base would not fit up their stairwell – a challenge our team was more than happy to accept!

We sent four of our most experienced team members – Aaron, DJ, Justin and John – to make sure we could execute this install quickly, efficiently, and safely. With the help of a few good ropes, some special knots, and some strong arms, the team completed the lift and install in just under half an hour… not a bad effort!
